1Acceptance of Terms

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant authority.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned if no misconduct is established.
